Nexity: First Development-Management transaction with Urban Campus and Swiss Life Asset Managers France

(Boursier.com) – The Nexity and Urban Campus groups have chosen the city of Saint-Louis, in Alsace, as the location for their first Build-to-Rent (BTR) project, in an area that is particularly well served by public transportation.

“Still little known on the French market, this residential model offers multi-family rental units specially developed to meet the needs of tenants in a given area. Managed by a single professional, the management and animation of the building enriches the daily life and quality of life of the residents for an adapted budget,” explain the two partners.

The 106-unit residence, ranging from one- to five-bedroom apartments, will offer shared spaces such as a gym, a multifunctional living area, a terrace, a laundry room and additional services. From 2025, it will represent a real quality rental alternative in this area. Swiss Life Asset Managers France has acquired this project on behalf of one of its funds under management. Le bâtiment sera labellisé E+C-.
