Crédit Mutuel Arkéa sells majority stake in Leetchi and MANGOPAY to Advent International

Advent International (“Advent”), one of the world’s largest and most experienced private equity investors, becomes the majority shareholder of MANGOPAY and Leetchi. This transaction will enable both entities to accelerate their growth in their respective markets. Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, which is committed to a long-term vision, will remain a minority shareholder and will sit on the board of directors.
