PayXpert launches “PayXpress” in the UK in partnership with NetPay
The payment experts combine forces offering a wider range of solutions to merchants
London, 8th March 2022 – PayXpert and NetPay today announced the launch of their partnership to sell android POS devices to merchants in the UK.
Adding to PayXpert’s range of POS solutions, “PayXpress” brings together the expertise and capabilities of two acquirers to deliver a single payment solution to customers that supports both card and non-card (QR code) payment methods on a single device.
The PayXpress POS solution is ideal for merchants in the travel, hospitality and retail sectors including hotels, restaurants and transport/taxi services as well as luxury fashion brands.
The solution enables merchants to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Alipay and Wechat on one single POS device. Increased support for additional payment schemes will be added in the months ahead.
Powered by Android software and POS hardware from PAX such as the A920 and A50, this payment solution will be initially marketed by PayXpert to UK merchants under its “PayXpress” brand.
PayXpert will directly sell the POS solutions to merchants and board them on NetPay’s “Revolution” platform.
NetPay’s parent company Fiserv, one of the largest acquiring banks in the world, will provide the merchant accounts for the MasterCard and Visa processing, with PayXpert providing Alipay and Wechat payment processing, opening the payment capacity to the Chinese payment schemes.
