MANGOPAY GOES UNDER AMERICAN FLAG

Advent International has acquired the payment solution for marketplaces, Mangopay (amount not specified). Its former owner, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, is not cutting ties, however, as it is reinvesting in Mangopay as a minority shareholder, alongside the management.
