Lille: Urban Campus opens its first residence on rue de Douai

Urban Campus, a specialist in coliving in Spain, has just opened its very first establishment in Lille: Urban Campus Saint So. The key features are a community-based lifestyle, a range of services and flexibility. Created in 2017, Urban Campus is continuing its European development with its arrival in France in the metropolis of Lille. The residence, located on rue de Douai, will be able to welcome young working people as early as January 2023, just like Urban Campus’ first project, in the La Maillerie residence, straddling Croix and Villeneuve d’Ascq, which will offer 121 coliving apartments as early as 2024.
