American fund Advent buys Leetchi and its payment subsidiary Mangopay

The French group Leetchi has a new owner. The American investment fund Advent International is preparing to take a majority stake in its capital. The aim of this operation is to turn the Mangopay subsidiary, an expert in online payments, into a unicorn.
