Medication reconciliation: Synapse Medicine raises €25 million

Bordeaux-based Synapse Medicine announced Tuesday morning that it has completed a €25 million financing round to “accelerate the deployment of its artificial intelligence platform for the proper use of medicines in Europe, the United States and Japan.
