JDC S.A. launches Banana Split, a QR code-based pay-at-the-table and tip web app. The customer downloads the app, scans the QR code on the ticket and pays the bill. Tips are pre-registered, but another amount can also be chosen. On the professional side, Banana Split saves time during service and avoids the rush of waiting in line for payment. The app is compatible with iPad cash registers like Jalia, Popina, etc. The solution accepts American Express, Mastercard and Visa payment cards.
