Advent International acquires MANGOPAY, Europe’s leading provider of payment solutions for marketplaces and platforms

Paris, April 6, 2022 – Advent International (“Advent”), a leading global private equity firm, today announced the acquisition of MANGOPAY, a leading provider of payment solutions for marketplaces and platforms. French banking group Crédit Mutuel Arkéa (“Arkea”) will remain a minority shareholder in MANGOPAY.
