Evercontact, Finalist in the World Cup Tech Challenge 2015

The French startup was selected as of the top 4 Enterprise Software finalists in this prestigious international competition.

Paris, June 3 2015Evercontact, the cloud service that intelligently mines contacts hidden in email and shares and updates them automatically, is one of 25 startups selected for the World Cup Tech Challenge 2015. Organized by SVForum (Sillicon Valley Forum), the competition rewards the most innovative startups in 7 categories at an event that takes place on June 4th  at the Microsoft campus in Mountain View. Currently in the Bay Area as part of the immersion program initiated by ubi i/o and supported by Business France and BPI France, Evercontact is one of only 4 finalists in the Enterprise Software category.

Evercontact continues its expansion in the United States
Already adopted by over 100,000 users, Evercontact is the only fully automated cloud service that accurately and effortlessly mines and updates contact information otherwise left unused in email (Gmail, Google for Work, Outlook, Office 365) and then shares new and updated contacts to a team's address book or CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, Highrise or Zoho).

It does this by identifying, extracting and then comparing the information in email signatures to a person or company’s contact database. The value is clear for a professional's individual use or even more importantly as a collaborative tool to share team contacts. Using a “Big Data” approach to linguistic technology, Evercontact has already analyzed over 1 billion emails and created and updated more than 300 million contacts for its user base.

“We are proud to be among the 25 finalists in the World Cup Tech Challenge. Our selection is an acknowledgment of the hard work and continuous innovation of our team and the others selected by the ubi i/o program that has been supporting us in our Silicon Valley journey. The World Cup Tech Challenge is a prestigious international event, offering countless opportunities for a startup in terms of development. Winning this competition would be a recognition of our potential and our pioneering technology.”

stated Philippe Laval, CEO and founder of Evercontact.
